PACKAGES

We offer three customized divorce mediation packages, so you pay only for the services that you need.

BRONZE PACKAGE - $2,500

The Bronze Package is appropriate for non-parent couples who have no support requests and a simple estate to divide. 


The Bronze Package is for couples who:

  • Have been married less than 5 years
  • Have no children born or adopted through the relationship
  • Are not seeking spousal support
  • Have relatively little separate and community property to divide
  • Have relatively little community debt to divide

Epiphany ADR will mediate a Property Division Agreement and file the paperwork required for Dissolution of Marriage for a flat fee of $2,500.00.

SILVER PACKAGE - $5,000

The Silver Package is appropriate for couples with no children in common (though they may have children from prior marriages), where there will be a request for spousal support but not child support, or where the estate to be divided is more complex.


The Silver Package is for couples who:

  • Want to maintain stepparent relationships
  • Are seeking spousal support
  • Have moderate (more than $40,000) in separate or community property to divide
  • Have moderate (more than $6,000) in community debt to divide

Epiphany ADR will mediate a Child Visitation Agreement, a Spousal Support Agreement and a Property Division Agreement and file the paperwork required for Dissolution of Marriage for a flat fee of $5,000.00.


 

 

GOLD PACKAGE - $7,500

The Gold Package is appropriate for couples with children in common, involving both spousal and child support requests, or where the estate to be divided is complex.


The Gold Package is for couples who:

  • Have been married more than 5 years
  • Have children in common and need to determine custody and visitation
  • Are seeking child support
  • Are seeking spousal support
  • Have extensive separate and community property to divide
  • Have extensive community debt to divide

Epiphany ADR will mediate a Parenting Plan Agreement to resolve custody and visitation issues, a Child Support Agreement, a Spousal Support Agreement, a Property Division Agreement and file the paperwork required for Dissolution of Marriage for a flat fee of $7,500.00.
